// 01 Problem
Managing traditional tickets can be difficult, with potential loss, damage, and forgetfulness. Even when using Ticketmaster, users must still keep track of other types of tickets. When using Apple Wallet, I struggled with digital ticket collection and learned from user research that people mainly use it for payments, rather than for organizing tickets.
// 02 Solutions
The solution is a mobile app that provides a customized experience for organizing and sharing all types of event and transportation tickets. The app makes it easy for users to access and manage their tickets, and includes a calendar feature for scheduling and reminders.
// 03 Competitive Analysis
Apple Wallet's clear and simple design makes using payment and other features easy, with a wallet-like interface. Ticketmaster's 'My Events' and 'For You' features allow personalized recommendations and easy ticket selling, although users may increase prices. I aim to create a tool that provides a safe community for ticket sharing and selling, inspired by these two apps.

College students and business people have completely different demands for this app, as do other groups of users. However, they share the same need for the app to provide certain features.

By creating this app, we aim to unite the ticket community by encompassing transportation and entertainment. Users can share comments and information on various events such as concerts and movies. However, there are obstacles in optimizing the app's workflow to improve user accessibility and enhance the overall user experience.
// 07 Evaluations
Despite limitations in primary research and recruiting a large number of participants for usability testing, the initial outcomes comprehensively address the problem. The next step is to conduct further user testing and obtain more developed feedback to improve design elements. Additionally, developing a unique Apple Watch version of the app would be a great addition. More detailed designs and high-fidelity prototypes should be developed to showcase additional features.
